Cospicua is also known as Bormla and forms part of the Three Cities of Malta. It rests behind double fortifications on the east side of Malta's Grand Harbour, directly opposite the Capital city of Valletta. On either side are Senglea (isla) and Vittoriosa (Birgu), together, making up the Cottonera region, otherwise known as The Three Cities. With a population that dates back to the Megalithis times, this city has played an important role in much of Malta's history since the 17th Century. Numerous property types may be found here, including apartments, maisonettes, penthouses, townhouses, houses of character and villas for sale or rent.
